What is the GSA?
The General Services Administration (GSA) streamlines the acquisition process for the federal government. The GSA has created and administers the GSA Schedules program (or Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program), which establishes long-term government contracts with companies, giving government buyers access to more than 12 million products.
All products listed against GSA schedules must be U.S. made or manufactured in compliance with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA). The purpose of this act is to ensure that the products purchased by the U.S. government are manufactured in designated TAA-compliant countries.
