Tom Jesman

Tom Jesman is Managing Director and Quality Director at Panorama Antennas, focused upon managing the activities of the board and ensuring customer satisfaction and continual improvement.
Tom holds a BA in History from Durham University and previously worked at Net-a-Porter and Fortnum & Mason. He has a CIMA certificate in Business Accounting and is working towards an IOD Certificate in Company Direction.
Jan Jesman
Jan is responsible for the technical, strategic marketing and commercial legal services within the Panorama Antennas Group.
Jan holds bachelor’s degrees in Philosophy and Theology from Bristol University and Law from the University of Law. Jan co-founded a new-media and e-commerce Company before taking up a role at Panorama Antennas.
Mark Jesman
Mark joined Panorama Antennas in 2007, initially working in Marketing, moved to Operations & Logistics in 2010. He has overseen expansion of manufacturing sites in the USA, Singapore & France.
Mark graduated from the University of Surrey with a BA in Business Studies in 2007 before joining Panorama Antennas.
Robert Jesman
Initially in a regional sales manager role, Robert is now responsible for the global sales and marketing divisions within the Panorama Antennas Group.
Robert graduated with a BA (hons) degree in Business Studies & Tourism from the University of Surrey and joined Panorama in 2006.
Sophia Jesman
Sophia joined Panorama Antennas in 2010 and has held roles in marketing, IT and finance. Additionally, she has had executive roles in many of Panorama Antennas’ international subsidiaries.
Sophia is a chartered accountant (ACCA) with degrees in Computer Science and Accounting.
Victoria Wilson
Victoria is the Director in charge of the Company’s HR and Health and Safety. Victoria graduated with a BA (hons) in Modern History and an MA in History and used to work in recruitment before joining the world of HR. Victoria is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD.
Victoria ensures Panorama’s compliance with ISO:45001 and 45003. She holds the NEBOSH General Certificate in Health and Safety.
